How to Set Up a Wrap Shop Website That Books Jobs (Wraptor Website and Online Booking)

How to set up a wrap, tint, or PPF shop website that books jobs: what it needs, your own domain, portfolio and service pages, quote forms, online booking with deposits, and your FindAWrap directory listing.

How to Set Up a Wrap Shop Website That Books Jobs (Wraptor Website and Online Booking)

A wrap shop website that books jobs does four things: it shows your work, says what you do and roughly what it costs, captures a quote request with the vehicle attached, and lets quick jobs book a time. In Wraptor that's the hosted site under Growth → Web Presence, generated from your shop facts and served at a wraptor.app address or your own domain, plus a public booking page and quote forms that land in your Leads inbox. The hosted site comes with Wraptor Starter and up and runs during the free trial; online booking is on every plan, and your FindAWrap directory listing is free to claim.

The short version

  • •A booking site is a lead machine, not a brochure. Every quote form, quote wizard, and booking request lands in Wraptor as a lead or a request you act on.
  • •Generate it, then add the proof. A three-step wizard writes the pages from your real shop facts and never invents reviews or awards; your install photos go in by hand.
  • •Your domain or a wraptor.app address. Publish on a wraptor.app address on day one, then connect a domain you own with a couple of DNS records.
  • •Match the booking flow to the job. Same-day tint takes an exact time; multi-day PPF, full wraps, and mobile work take a preferred-date request you confirm.
  • •Deposits ride Stripe. Once payouts are live, a booking can collect a deposit, and an exact-time slot is held for 30 minutes while the customer pays.
  • •The directory listing feeds the same inbox. A claimed FindAWrap listing shows Book an appointment and links to your site.

What a wrap or tint shop website has to do

Someone shopping for a wrap, tint, or PPF usually compares a few shops on a phone before calling anyone. The site that gets the call answers their questions in the order they ask them, and ends every page with a way to act.

The customer's questionWhat answers itWraptor block or page
Is this shop any good?Photos of real installs and verified reviewsGallery, Before / after, Reviews
Do they do what I need? One clear section per serviceServices, Service menu, Films & certs
Roughly what will it cost?Starting prices or rangesPricing, a Tint Pricing page, Magic Wrap
How do I get a real price?A form that asks for the vehicleQuote form, Quote wizard
Can I just book it?Live times or a date requestThe booking page and the Service menu block
Where are you, and when?Hours, map, a tap-to-call phoneHours & location, Map

Bottom line: a pretty site with a contact page loses to a plain one that shows the work and takes the booking.

What the hosted Wraptor site includes

The Wraptor website builder is a full multi-page site, not a single landing page:

  • •22 block types in four groups (Content, Proof, Info, Convert), many with layout variants.
  • •Up to 16 pages, each with its own nav label and SEO title and description, plus History with Restore.
  • •34 theme presets, an accent color, and your own brand fonts if you have them.
  • •A blog from the Posts rail tab, and a Reviews block that leads with verified reviews from your Wraptor listing.
  • •Hosting basics: a generated sitemap.xml and robots.txt, and a Meta Pixel ID field under Settings → General → Shop Settings.
  • •A phone-first header: a Menu button, a one-tap phone button, and header buttons that shorten to Quote and Book.

Generate your site in three steps

  1. 1.Open Growth → Web Presence → Website and choose Generate with AI.
  2. 2.Step 1 of 3: check the shop name, phone, location, and services Wraptor already holds, pick vibe chips (Bold, Premium, Clean, Aggressive, Family-owned, Race-inspired, or your own), and tick Match my logo's colors/style if you have a logo.
  3. 3.Step 2 of 3: Home is always included; add Services, Tint Pricing, Gallery, About, Contact, or your own page names, up to 8.
  4. 4.Step 3 of 3: confirm the credit cost and click Generate my site. It costs 10 AI credits, and a trial's allowance is 15 for the life of the shop, so plan on one full generation before you pick a plan.

The wizard never invents years in business, awards, staff, testimonials, reviews, or customer names. In the editor, click text to change it, add blocks from the Blocks rail, or ask the Copilot ("Add an FAQ about ceramic tint"), which shows Approve or Deny first. Edits save as drafts until you press Go live, then Publish (N) after that. See the Website manual.

Your own domain or a wraptor.app address

Every site publishes at an address on wraptor.app, which you can change in the editor under Settings → Address. To use a domain you already own:

  1. 1.In the editor, open the Settings rail tab → Custom domain, type the domain, and press Connect.
  2. 2.Add the Type / Name / Value records it prints at your DNS provider, starting with a TXT record that proves the domain is yours, then press Check status. DNS can take up to an hour.
  3. 3.If Check status lists one more record, add it and check again.
  4. 4.The chip flips from Pending DNS to Connected, and the site answers on your domain.

A wraptor.app address can't be used as a custom domain, and Disconnect releases yours. A sensible order: publish on the wraptor.app address, get the gallery and booking right, then point the domain.

Portfolio, service, and pricing pages

The generator writes copy, but it never adds Gallery, Before / after, Testimonials, Reviews, Team, Video, Quote wizard, Magic Wrap, Service menu, or Blog posts blocks. Those need your real photos, reviews, and live data, so add them yourself.

  • •Portfolio. Add a Gallery block and fill it with Upload, From Drive, or From Studio (your 30 most recent Studio showcase renders). Nothing lands in the gallery automatically.
  • •Before and after. Once a job's check-in and check-out photos pair up, its Inspection tab offers a Before/after showcase. Tick Also draft a post on your website and Create showcase leaves an unpublished "Before & After" blog post with both photos.
  • •Services. The Services block describes what you do; the Service menu block pulls your bookable services from online booking, with the image from each service's Image URL.
  • •Prices. A Pricing block or a Tint Pricing page carries your starting prices. Tint shops in particular get asked "how much for my car" first; the tint shop marketing guide covers what to publish.

Quote forms that land in your Leads inbox

Two blocks turn a visitor into a lead:

  • •Quote form asks for name, phone or email, vehicle, service, timeline, and a message.
  • •Quote wizard walks the visitor through vehicle, service, coverage or package questions, photos, then contact and timeline, and ends with Track your request →.

Both ring your bell as "New website lead: …" and file under Website leads in Leads → Leads. From the lead card, Create quote opens a draft with the customer and vehicle filled in and the request in a What they asked for card; Convert to job puts it on the board with the customer's photos attached. See the Marketing manual.

Already have a website elsewhere? Settings → General → Shop Settings → Lead Capture gives you a public request-a-quote link and embed code for any site; that form creates a job in your Lead stage and emails the visitor a JOB reference number. For an instant price range, open Web Presence → Magic Wrap, turn on Instant estimate, set Coverage price ranges, save, and use Copy embed code on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or any page.

Turn on online booking

Online booking gives your shop one public booking page at wraptor.app/book/ followed by your handle (your website address when you have a hosted site), and a published Wraptor site runs the same flow in your own theme at your domain's /book page.

  1. 1.Open Scheduling → Services & hours and turn on Accept online bookings. Write the Booking-page note: drop-off instructions, what to bring, what happens next.
  2. 2.Under Shop availability, set Shop timezone, each weekday's hours, and any Closed dates.
  3. 3.Under Booking rules, set Slot interval, Minimum notice, Booking horizon, and Concurrent capacity.
  4. 4.Click Add service for each bookable service. Turn on Active and Public, then set the Booking flow, Where it happens, Duration, Starting price, and Deposit.
  5. 5.Under Customer experience, choose Auto-confirm exact times, Customer rescheduling, Customer cancellation, Change cutoff, and Reminder lead time.
  6. 6.Press Save scheduling, then Copy link under Your booking link for your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, and email signature.

Deposits and confirmations

Deposits ride your connected Stripe account; until payouts are live under Money → Payments, nothing is charged. On an exact-time service the slot is held 30 minutes while the customer pays, and payment confirms it with a "You're booked" email. A date request with a deposit creates the customer, an intake job, and a deposit invoice, then still waits for you.

Requests land in Scheduling → Online bookings with a bell, an email, and a push. Confirm puts the booking on the calendar, creates or links the intake job, and emails the customer; Decline sends "About your booking request," but not while a paid deposit is on it. Customers always get the Booking confirmed, declined or changed email and, by default, an Appointment reminder, both by email; Wraptor doesn't text customers today, and a customer who leaves no email gets no confirmation. See the Online Booking manual.

Bottom line: let quick in-shop work book itself and make long jobs a request, so the calendar never promises a multi-day bay you don't have.

Claim and connect your FindAWrap listing

FindAWrap (findawrap.com) is Wraptor's consumer directory, and your shop may already be on it, built from public business data. Claiming is free and needs no card: click Claim This Listing, then Email me a verification link, and sign up. Its leads reach you by email even without a plan.

  • •Edit it at Leads → Listing. Keep the phone, website, address, Services, and Brands used current, tick Online booking available, and click Save changes.
  • •Claimed shops look reachable. A Verified shop badge, a tappable phone, and a Visit Website link; a published Wraptor site adds Portfolio.
  • •Booking and reviews carry over. With booking on, the profile shows Book an appointment beside Get a quote →, and verified reviews from finished jobs feed your site's Reviews block.

Directory requests land in the same Leads inbox as website leads. Get found, get booked walks through the setup, and the Directory manual has every rule.

If the plan lapses, the site stops serving but is never deleted or unpublished, and the booking link stops taking bookings; both come back when a plan is live again. Your site's footer carries a Powered by Wraptor link on every plan, while the booking page drops it.

Build it during the trial

Generate the site, add a gallery of your own installs, turn on booking with one exact-time service and one date-request service, then book yourself from your phone and watch it land. The 7-day free trial starts on Wraptor Shop with the hosted site included and no card required, and the site stays on Wraptor Starter and up after it. If you want to see it with your services and domain first, book a demo.

FAQ

Does Wraptor include a website for my shop? Yes. Every paid plan, Wraptor Starter and up, includes a hosted website, and it works during the free trial. It publishes on a wraptor.app address or a domain you own, and its quote forms land in your Leads inbox.

Can I use my own domain for my wrap shop website? Yes. In the editor's Settings rail, open Custom domain, type the domain, and press Connect, then add the DNS records it shows and press Check status. DNS can take up to an hour, and the chip reads Connected once it's live.

How do customers book online with a tint or wrap shop on Wraptor? They open your booking page from your website, your directory listing, or a link you share, pick a service, and either choose an exact time or request a preferred date. Exact times can confirm themselves if you turn on Auto-confirm exact times; date requests wait for you to confirm.

Can I take a deposit when a customer books online? Yes, once your Stripe payouts are live under Money, Payments. An exact-time slot is held for 30 minutes while the customer pays, and payment confirms it. A date request with a deposit creates a deposit invoice and still waits for your confirmation.

I already have a website. Can I still use Wraptor's forms and booking? Yes. Share your booking link, and add the request-a-quote link or embed code from the Lead Capture panel in Shop Settings to your existing site. The Magic Wrap instant estimate also has an embed code for Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or any page.

Is the FindAWrap directory listing free? Claiming your listing is free and needs no card, and its leads reach you by email even without a plan. Any plan, the trial included, adds Recent Work, social links, and a quick-contact email to your profile.
