How it works

A clear path from setup to done.

01

Job gets created

A tracking link is automatically generated. No setup needed. Every job gets one.

02

Send the link

Share via email with one click. Customer bookmarks it and checks back whenever they want.

03

Customer watches progress

As your team drags the job through stages on the board, the tracker updates in real time — and the customer gets an email at the milestones you switched on, not at every column.

04

Review, pay, and leave feedback

Customer reviews proofs, pays invoices, and leaves a Google review. All from the same link.

Capabilities

The details that make the difference.

  • Shareable Tracking Link

Every job gets a unique tracking URL. Send it to the customer by email with one click. They check progress anytime without calling your shop.

  • Live Stage Progress

Customers see exactly where their vehicle is: Design, Print, Install, QC, Ready. Visual progress bar updates as your team moves the job forward.

  • Proof Review from Link

Design proofs appear right in the tracking page. Customers review, comment, and approve without downloading an app or creating an account.

  • Invoice Viewing and Payment

Invoices show up on the tracking page with a pay button, split into clearly labeled Deposit and Balance rows so the customer knows exactly what they're paying now and what's left. The same schedule prints on the PDF, and if they hand you cash for the deposit instead, marking that payment clears the deposit row automatically.

  • Milestone Emails You Control

"Your Tesla Model Y is ready for pickup." Turn the ready-for-pickup row on in Settings → Customer messages and that email goes out the moment the job hits your final stage — worded for the trade you sold, wrap or tint or PPF. Nothing is sent until you switch it on, and your team can send a one-off update from the job whenever there's news worth sharing.

  • Review Request on Completion

When the job is marked complete, the tracker prompts the customer to leave a Google review. Automated follow-up builds your reputation.

  • Check-out condition report

The walkaround and signature captured at drop-off close out with a check-out report — after photos posted right to the customer's tracking page. They see the vehicle left in the state it arrived, documented both ways.

  • Customer print reorder requests

An eligible completed print order offers a reorder request on its tracking page. The request creates a new lead with the previous specification for your team to confirm quantity, current pricing, and artwork before production.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is the Wraptor job tracker?

Wraptor's job tracker gives every job a unique tracking URL that you share with your customer. Customers can check the real-time status of their vehicle wrap at any time, see design proofs, view invoices, and pay balances, all without calling your shop.

Can customers check their own wrap status?

Yes. The customer-facing tracking page shows the step they're on — "Step 3 of 6" across the stages you chose to show them, in the words you gave those stages. The page updates live as your team moves the job, and the milestone rows you switch on — Scheduled, Work started, Ready for pickup — email them at those moments in the words of the trade they bought. Between those, they can look any time instead of calling.

Does the tracker allow customers to approve proofs and pay invoices?

Wraptor's tracking page is a full customer portal. Design proofs appear directly on the page for review and approval. Invoices show up with a pay button, split into labeled Deposit and Balance rows, so customers can see what's due now and what's left and pay either one right from their phone.

Can customers reorder print work from their tracking link?

Yes. Completed orders with an approved print specification can offer a reorder request. It creates a lead for the shop with the earlier specification, without charging the customer or sending it straight to production. Staff confirm current pricing, quantity, and artwork.

Does Wraptor send automatic status notifications?

Only the ones you switch on, and never one per column. Wraptor sends three fixed milestone emails — Scheduled, Work started, and Ready for pickup — each an on/off row in Settings → Customer messages, at most one of each per job however many stages your board has, while the tracking page itself updates live on every stage move. A shop that switches nothing on sends nothing. For mid-job news, your team sends a one-off update from the job, and it lands on the same tracking page.
