What is WrapMail?
WrapMail is the shop email system inside Wraptor: your own address, a Smart Inbox that classifies and links mail to customers and jobs, and one-click conversion of inquiries into jobs.
Can I keep my existing email?
Supported mailboxes connect through Email settings. Gmail-compatible providers use an app password; Microsoft 365 uses a separate sign-in connection when configured. Hosted WrapMail and verified custom domains are also options. Available connections depend on provider setup.
Which plans include WrapMail?
WrapMail is included on every plan: Starter includes 1 shop mailbox, Shop includes 3, and Fleet includes 5, with extra mailboxes at $49/month. Your leads arrive in the Lead Inbox either way.
WrapMail comes with Wraptor.
