Go straight into your Wraptor Shop trial
New eligible signups enter a seven-day Wraptor Shop trial automatically, without choosing a plan or adding a card. Shop is our recommended $199/month plan if you choose to subscribe. The trial ends without an automatic charge, your work stays saved, and you can choose your paid plan later. Existing trials keep their original deadline and access; trial usage allowances still apply.

Start seven days of real work without a card
Choose a plan and enter your trial workspace immediately. No payment card or demo is required. A persistent countdown shows your saved deadline, with seconds during the final day. The trial ends without an automatic charge, your work stays saved, and you choose a paid plan to continue. Existing card-backed trials and subscriptions keep their accepted billing terms. Selected-plan features and trial usage allowances apply.

Finished bays open up, and every customer job stays in its history
Recording a bay finish now frees unused reservation time after cleanup. Staff can explicitly allow an overlap for an individual internal booking; bay and installer conflicts are explained separately. Customer profiles, proofs, and files include jobs linked directly to a customer without a vehicle. Further fixes keep partial deposits, material-layer readiness, roll reconciliation, invoice balances, monthly collections, active-job counts, and canceled notification retries consistent.
A-164
Read printed scans and choose where each page belongs
Review extracted text from supported PDFs, text documents, and PNG or JPEG images, including English printed scans. File an original to a chosen job or assign its pages across jobs, then correct the assignments when needed. The original stays preserved, and each job’s export contains only its assigned pages. Check the extraction against the source; document matching and filing remain your choice.
A-163
Review the request, find the work, and choose the next step
Review captured service and customer details before continuing into a draft quote. Compare requested work with the draft, turn selected proof feedback into checklist tasks, and review proposed handoff clarifications or material matches. Descriptive work search, import-column suggestions, email triage, and task focus help you find and prepare the next action. Supported voice or typed commands open jobs, find customers, show schedules, and prepare notes for review. You keep control of prices, messages, approvals, stock changes, and filing; access follows your plan and permissions.
A-162
Your departments, install dates and handoffs in one job
Run separate Wraps, Signs or PPF boards with your own stages, while keeping one customer job and one billing record. The combined view shows each department's progress. Jobs now has a Schedule view by install date or due date, with agenda, week and month layouts, and you can save any Jobs view as your default. Book an install before production is ready; a shop location is enough, with bays and crew optional. Today brings together upcoming work, changes to review, blockers, customers awaiting a reply and follow-ups. Quick capture saves a request and reference photos; handoffs name the owner and next action. Appointment messages open as drafts for staff to send, and rescheduling resets the confirmation state. Mobile photo uploads offer camera, library and file choices on supported devices. Starter includes one active department board, Shop three and Fleet unlimited.
A-161
Take a print order from quote to production and back for a reorder
Print job tickets put product sizes, quantities, substrates, finishing and production checklists on the shop floor without customer prices. Reorder copies the specification into a new job and draft using current catalog rates, with changed or missing rates flagged for review. Link a print product to an inventory item to estimate substrate cost and margin after substrate, excluding ink, finishing and labor; an unknown cost stays unknown. New print and sign shops start with a suggested catalog to review, and quotes use products and quantities without asking for a vehicle. Your saved items and service defaults help you choose area, per-unit or flat pricing with less setup on each quote.

A closer look at Wraptor for print and sign shops
Explore the print-shop software page and print software comparison guide, with updated feature pages covering print products, quantity breaks, job tickets, material estimates, reorders and department scheduling. Plan comparisons explain the department board allowance, and scheduling pages show how shops work with or without install bays.

Quantity breaks and a print catalog you set up once
Print products now take quantity breaks — up to six rates, with every piece sold at the rate its quantity reaches — finishing options as checkboxes (grommets, pole pockets, lamination, contour cut, each with its own price and tax), and linear-foot pricing beside square foot and each. Set your products up once in the new Print catalog under Quote Settings → Print & signs: Load starter catalog adds banners, yard signs, decals, posters and business cards with suggested rates, marked "suggested — edit to your shop" until you save them. The quote's print panel lists your catalog first, and while a quote can still be approved your customer sees the next breaks under the product — "50 for $450.00 · 100 for $650.00" — on the quote page and the PDF. New print and sign shops start with the starters already loaded.
A-146
Print & signs is a service of its own
Print and sign shops now get a Print & signs chip on the New Quote sheet, and a quote on it opens with the print products panel already open — banners, yard signs, decals, posters and business cards priced from size, quantity, sides and finishing, no vehicle asked. It has its own rates tab under Quote Settings, the quote is titled Print order, and customers read "your order" instead of "your wrap". Shops that sold print before today keep their chips until they tick the new one.
A-145
Demos every half hour, 9 am to 9 pm Central, seven days a week
wraptor.app/call now opens every 30-minute slot from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm Central instead of one call a day. A booked slot disappears; the rest of the day stays open.
A-140
Compare pages, alternative pages, and the three trade roundups
35 side-by-side compare pages (QuoteIQ, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Shopmonkey and the sign-shop tools included), an alternatives page for each, and ranked, bylined roundups of the best wrap, tint and PPF shop software. Every rival price was fetched from its pricing page, with the date it was checked.

Wraptor is going on Capterra and G2
Paying shops may get one email from Sal asking for an honest review. One ask ever, never a second, no incentive attached.
A-138
The demo-first door: every CTA books a 30-minute demo, and the picker leads with it
Every marketing call-to-action books a 30-minute demo with Sal; the 7-day trial starts on the call. The plan picker leads with the demo, the first call invitation goes out automatically, and shops arriving from the old site see plainly that the Free tier was retired.
A-129
Cancel your plan in the app, with a one-click undo
Billing → Cancel plan ends the subscription at the close of the period you already paid for. Until then a Keep my plan button undoes it. A cancelled trial is never charged, and a receipt email confirms either way.
A-126
The job packet's proof sheet fills the page
Wide artwork prints landscape and uses the whole sheet. The invoice button that used to read Mark Sent now says what it does: Send invoice.
A-127
Signing up with an email that belongs to another login can no longer take over that shop
A login's shop membership now follows its own verified email, and changing your email in account settings is synced the same way.
A-128
The Free tier is retired: a card-backed 7-day trial is the only door
Every plan starts with the whole app open for 7 days, card on file, nothing charged until day 8. The directory listing and the leads it sends stay free by email, in full. Shops that were on the open Free tier were told by email the same day.
A-125
Name your own service lines
Money → Standards → What you sell now takes up to 12 services you name yourself (ceramic coating, decals, boat wraps) next to Wrap, Window tint and PPF. Each one shows up in the New Quote sheet and on the customer's quote.
A-124
Card and bank fees pass through to the shop at Stripe's rate, no markup
When a customer pays a Wraptor invoice, the processing fee is 3.2% + 30¢ per card payment and 1% (max $5) per bank payment. The bell shows what you netted, and a bank payment is trued up against the card rate automatically.
A-123
Your own labor rows, default lines, and a shop-wide default pricing mode
Standards now holds the labor rows you write with your rates, the lines every quote starts with, and which pricing mode a new quote opens in.
A-121
You hear about it when a customer's payment bounces off missing Stripe setup
A bell and an email the moment a customer tries to pay before Stripe Connect is finished, and the customer's pay page tells them the truth instead of showing a spinner.
A-90
The Sent log shows the real delivery status of every email
Each send carries its provider id, so Sent, Delivered, Bounced and Failed mean exactly that.
A-82
The deposit link lands the moment a customer approves a quote
If your Standards ask for a deposit, approval hands the customer the deposit invoice and a pay link on the spot instead of waiting for you to send one.
A-94
One quote builder for every shop: options, add-ons, and the customer's side rebuilt
Every quote is built on one page from your Standards. Offer up to three Good / Better / Best options, or optional add-ons the customer ticks before approving. The customer's quote page, PDFs and tracking page share one look, the tracking page lists every open invoice, and quotes made in the old builder stay readable. The estimator shows its waste allowance and autosaves.

Review requests after a finished job now actually send
The review engine had never sent a single request, and a failed send was treated as done forever. It sends now, once per customer, and a refusal is logged as a refusal.
A-122
A bell when a customer leaves a review
Native reviews notify the shop, and the review funnel is counted so you can see how many asks turn into stars.
A-81
Per-item pricing for tint and PPF, approval that finishes the deal, one customer-message log
Quote per window, per panel or per each from your own price list. Approving a quote creates the job and the paperwork in one tap. Every message to a customer goes through one registry with an honest sent log.

Service-first New Quote, Money → Standards, and Sent means delivered
Start a quote from the service, not a wizard. Standards is the one page every quote inherits rates, items, tax and defaults from. A quote only reads Sent once the email actually left.

Leads from your hosted website keep their source
A quote request from a WrapSite page no longer drops where it came from; the lead shows its campaign and page.
A-80
The directory, hosted shop sites and the dashboard load faster
Directory pages paint before scripts run and ship card-sized photos, WrapSite pages resolve in one pass instead of nine, and the dashboard stops re-reading your whole history on every load.

Customer pages say so when something fails, and customers can opt in to your newsletter
Leaving stars, approving a proof and replying in lead chat all report an error instead of failing silently. Customers can now opt in to shop email, so the newsletter has an audience.

The board tells you why a move was blocked
Dragging a job into a stage it cannot enter, or approving a quote that cannot be approved, now shows the reason in plain words instead of a server digest.
A-69 · A-70
Every failed action says what went wrong
Errors surface as a readable message instead of a redacted code, on every form and button in the app.
A-66
Shop inboxes live on wrapmail.net
WrapMail moved to its own domain. Every shop's hosted inbox was re-homed, and the mail the old provider was holding was recovered.

Rex knows the platform and the trade
The assistant became the mascot, learned every Wraptor feature, reads film manuals and measured-vehicle data, answers in formatted text with honest progress, and lets you copy a reply from either chat surface.

Buying more AI credits works from wherever you ran out
Five breaks between the empty-credits moment and checkout were closed, and purchased credits carry over instead of resetting at the monthly rollover.
A-62
Zero-hour labor rows hide, and labor categories take your names
A category with no hours no longer prints on the quote, and each category can be renamed to what your crew calls it.
A-56
Review requests for every completed job, and stage-ready pings for the crew
The native review flow runs for all completed jobs, not only directory ones. When a job enters a stage, the role that owns that stage gets pinged.
A-49 · A-54
The customer portal
The fleet portal became a full customer portal: every job, quote, invoice and proof for a customer behind one link, no login.
A-42
Margin and labor autopilot, and a capacity planner
Quotes flag margin below your floor and labor below the measured install time. Scheduling shows booked install hours against bay capacity.

The consumer estimator on FindAWrap, and manual vehicle measurements that stick
Consumers get a native estimate on the directory. A measurement you enter by hand for a vehicle is saved for the next quote.

Follow-up reminders that remind, installer pings, in-place upgrades, and your data export
Job follow-ups notify someone. Installers are pinged when put on or moved on the schedule. Upgrading is one click in Billing instead of a Stripe-portal detour. The self-serve data export the Terms promised now exists.

Your brand leads every customer page
Proof, share, booking, pay and tracking pages open with the shop's logo and name. Customers see your terms before they tap Approve, and an expired link gets a real page instead of a crash.

A bell when a customer opens a quote or proof, and warranty-expiry reminders
The shop is told the moment a customer first opens a quote or proof. The morning briefing leads with today's schedule. Warranty reminders go out before a wrap's coverage ends. When a customer's card keeps failing, the shop gets the baton.

Disputes, bank payments and lapsed subscriptions reconcile correctly
Stripe disputes and slow-clearing payments update the invoice they belong to, and a shop whose card lapsed is routed to fix payment instead of being sold a second subscription.

Every link the app sends goes somewhere
A sweep of every email and page the app sends fixed the dead links, gave directory buyer replies a real destination, and made listing-claim approvals email the claimant a finish link.
