How much should a sign shop charge per square foot for banners?
Printed vinyl banners commonly retail for $4-$10 per square foot in 2026, and $8 per square foot is a long-standing local-shop standard. Rigid signs run higher: coroplast about $6-$12, PVC $10-$16, aluminum composite (ACM) $12-$25, and acrylic $18-$35 per square foot. Add a minimum order or setup fee, and price hems, grommets, design, and installation as separate lines.
