Can my customers track their wrap job?

Yes. Every job gets a tracking link — no login — that shows the customer where their vehicle is as Step N of M across the stages you choose to show them, in their trade's words (wrap, window tint, or PPF), plus their quote, proof, open invoices with pay links, and an Updates feed. From the job's Customer tab you can send the link, post an update that emails them and lands on their page, and see when they opened it. Three optional milestone emails — Scheduled, Work started, and Ready for pickup — go out automatically when you switch them on under Settings → Customer messages, so your phone stops ringing with 'is it done yet?'
