Can I show a customer Good, Better, and Best options on a quote?

Yes. Open Advanced under the price panel on a draft quote and press Add an option — your current price becomes the starred option and a copy appears beside it, so you change one thing (film, coverage, price) per option, up to three. The customer compares them as cards on their quote page and taps the one they want; the PDF prints a comparison until they choose. You can also add optional add-on lines — a tickable extra with a '+ price' the customer can add before approving — though a quote offers add-ons or options, not both. Approved options and ticked add-ons land on the job and the invoice as ordinary lines.
