Can customers control which emails they get from my shop?

Yes. Shop emails carry a 'Manage what we email you' link to a preferences page where the customer can turn reminders (quote nudges, appointment and invoice reminders, review requests) and your newsletter on or off. Quotes, invoices, receipts, proofs, and job updates are the work itself, so they always send. The same switches show on the customer's record in Wraptor, so you and the customer always see one answer.
