Does Wraptor send text messages to customers?

Not yet. Every customer message today — quotes, invoices, receipts, reminders, milestone updates, and review requests — goes by email. Text messages are listed as coming soon under Settings → Customer messages, and a customer's 'text updates' preference is stored for when they ship. Nothing in Wraptor texts a customer today.
