Does Wraptor follow up on quotes automatically?

Yes, by email. Tick 'Follow up automatically if they don't open it' when you send a quote (or switch on Quote reminders under Settings → Customer messages) and Wraptor nudges the customer one day after the quote goes unopened and three days after it goes unanswered, stopping the moment they approve or reply. Win-back at 30 and 60 days is a separate switch for quotes that went quiet. You can pause follow-ups on any single quote, and Wraptor tells you when a quote is first opened. Reminders only run for quotes sent by email from Wraptor, and they wait out your quiet hours.
