Set up the current app
Step-by-step guides for your own shop, including the latest quote tools, team invitations and notification settings.
Set up services and quote pricing
Shop → Shop Standards · Money → Quote Settings
- In Shop Standards, choose the services you sell. Use Add your own for a service such as ceramic coating.
- Open Money → Quote Settings → Materials, labor & add-ons. Price your films, labor and service items. Starter items need a price and must be active before you can quote them.
- Set Quote defaults for deposits, document appearance, terms and waste allowance. Under Quote flows, choose Flat price, Per unit, Estimate by area, or Decide for me for each service.
- Save Sales tax & region, or confirm that you do not collect sales tax. New quotes copy these settings; existing quotes keep their saved values.
Quote options, add-ons and discounts
Open a draft quote
- Choose the service and pricing method, then review the Price and Lines cards. Changes save automatically.
- For a Good / Better / Best comparison, open Advanced → Add an option to copy the current price. Review each option's lines before sending. Optional add-ons let the customer tick extra items on a single-price quote; they cannot be combined with comparison options.
- Use Add discount to enter a percentage or fixed amount. On a comparison quote, apply it to the option you want to discount and check the updated total.
- Choose Send and review the message before sending. The customer can approve from their link; online deposits depend on your payment connection and quote defaults.
Invite your team by email
Shop → Team → Members
- On a computer or tablet, select Add Member and enter the person's email, name and role. Team Management permission is required.
- Select Send invite. Your teammate uses the email link to set up their account. An address already registered with Wraptor gets an invitation to join your shop.
- Check their invite status on Members. Use Resend invite if needed, and set access under Roles & Permissions.
- A team invite creates access to Wraptor. To connect an email inbox for sending and receiving, use Settings → Email accounts.
Connect your shop email
Settings → Email accounts
- Choose Get a WrapMail inbox for a hosted shop address, or Use your own email to connect your existing mailbox with an app password.
- Complete the connection and check the sending and receiving status. For a connected mailbox, use Sync now and review any connection error.
- Open Customer messages to check your sender address and choose which automated customer emails run. Email Forwarding can copy incoming WrapMail messages to a personal inbox.
Choose customer messages and team alerts
Settings → Customer messages · Team notifications
- In Customer messages, choose quote reminders, invoice reminders and job milestone emails. Set your shop timezone before enabling quiet hours.
- In Team notifications, turn on Push on this device for each device that needs alerts. Crew pings controls automatic stage-change notifications.
- Under What your team gets, choose the alert groups or Pause all alerts. Critical alerts listed as Always on stay enabled. Pick Industry news, Shop activity or Off for the Top bar newsfeed.
- Text messages are coming soon. Customer email and device push are the available notification channels described here.
Schedule work and collect payment
Scheduling · Money → Payments · Settings → Accounting & Billing
- Schedule the job, assign the crew and check bay availability. Use the job's tracking link to share progress with the customer.
- Connect payments under Money → Payments to accept cards or bank payments. Review the invoice and send its pay link; record offline payments when appropriate.
- For accounting, connect QuickBooks or Xero under Accounting & Billing. Import customers and review sync preferences and recent activity.
